Fake. No way in hell this guy did this on a real Nintendo. This has emulator written all over it, just like the guy that beat Mario in like 8:00 or some crazy crap like that. I'm also convinced there's no way that Tyson goes a 2:30 without hitting you. Either this guy has way too much time on his hands and actually figured out the whole freakin' pattern or he has way too much time on his hands and cut and pasted this together with an emulator.

Believe it or not back in the late 80's I used to mess around with Nintendo. I had two games, the golf game, which I played all night against firends while we partied, wives and girlfriends hated the game because we (the guys) were addicted to it and ignored them all night while we played.

Tyson I only fooled around with myself, it took me forever to get by the Great Tiger or whatever his name was.

I have never beaten Mike Tyson. When you lose to him, you have to start 3 boxers back. After continously losing to Mike, I decided to throw the game against the floor and proceeded to stomp on the game...

I bought another Punch Out when I was 18 and was still unable to beat the game. FUCK TYSON. I hate him.

It is impossible. Take a look at the clock counter during these levels. The thing doesn't always move and sometimes it skips a few ticks backward. Emulators are a great thing. However, even knowing that it's fake, it's incredible to watch. I mean, the guy doesn't even get the 3rd star on the lottery thing at the end of every level to conserve time. The fact that he finished the game with 99 levels and probably would've had about 110 was just fucking sick, emulator or not.

I think we can thoroughly say that Mario 3 has been OWNED.

The Tyson clip is REAL

Here is the trick : He doesnt block on Tyson's jabs. Instead he dodges them all, which helps keeps Mac's stamina/power up.

It is much easier to block jabs, dodging takes perfect timing.

BTW, I still think super mario world was the best one with all the hidden secrets and levels you can find. Star Road anyone?

Geesh, that did bring back memories.

That game is actually incredibly simple once you play it enough times because each guy has their own special way of being beaten. And in general, all punches are easy to avoid once you play it enough and know how they do things.


I haven't beaten many games pretty much because I didn't always do it 24/7 like some people, but I beat this game fairly easy.


Talk about memories though with the tiger punch, the bull charge and that fatass king hippo where if i remember right, you hit him in the face and then immediately have to go to the body or he blocks all of them. How in the hell do I remember this stuff. it's been over 15 years since I played that game.

Just because he used an emulator, doesnt mean he is cheating/editing the video.

there are programs that record anything you have in the screen
once you specify the matrix cordenates, that's the way you steal videos from youtube.

Yes, i would say it is real, but dont know for sure. I have been able to beat tyson back in the day in the second round with no problem. And having him never hit you isnt that hard. But as someone said before, i always blocked his jabs after the first 1:30 in the first and that guy just dodged them all. That code is real also, It gets you to tyson right away every time. That is how i always did it back in the day, so once you have a ton of practice on him, you can beat him every time. I remember being drunk at parties in high school and they had a nintendo, an i bet someone 100 i could beat tyson first try. He said no way, easy 100.
